This is not a free plugin and has a one time fee of $47 I think. This made it on my list of wordpress plugins because it really is simple, clean and effective. Since I started using this I noticed a considerable difference in my search engine rankings as all my on page SEO factors were taken care of. If you want SEO results, then grab this right away because it really is worth it.
The final plugin that I would recommend which will again help with your SEO efforts is the WP Syndicator plugin. Syndicating your content is another action step that can make life easier and bring you results and that is why I have also included it on my essential list of wordpress plugins. This one is around $27 (it was when I purchased it a while back) but it was a $27 well spent. When you use this plugin, your content automatically gets syndicated to around 12-15 sites over the Internet. These sites are also ones with a good PR (page rank) and this will also play a role in your rankings.
